Frictionless Stakeholder Feedback
Getting timely feedback from clients, marketing executives, or outside agencies is often hindered by authentication friction. UIDesigner solves this with cryptographically signed Guest Review Links.
Generating a Guest Review Link
- Open your review project.
- Click Share in the top right toolbar.
- Switch to the Guest Link tab.
- Toggle Enable Guest Access on.
- Choose the default permission level:
- Comment Only: Guests can browse the website, drop pins, and submit feedback.
- View Only: Guests can see the live canvas and read existing discussions, but cannot leave new comments.
- Click Copy Link.
The Guest Experience
When an external reviewer opens a guest link:
- They are taken directly to the live review canvas—no sign-up form, password, or credit card required.
- On their first comment, they enter their name and optional email (used only to display their avatar initials and send reply notifications).
- They can browse pages, highlight elements, record voice notes, and submit feedback seamlessly.
Security & Access Control
- Organization Isolation: Guests have zero access to your organization dashboard, project settings, billing details, or other private projects.
- Instant Revocation: If a project scope concludes, disable the guest link in the Share dialog to immediately invalidate access across all shared sessions.
- Passcode Protection: For confidential enterprise staging environments, you can enable an optional passcode requirement on the guest link.
