Monitoring Storage Consumption
UIDesigner tracks storage consumption across all multimedia feedback left in your workspace:
- Pinned image attachments and screenshot crops
- In-canvas screen video recordings
- In-thread audio voice notes
You can inspect your current storage utilization at any time in Settings → Usage (/settings/usage).
Tier Quotas
Storage limits are enforced as a single organization-level pool shared across Review and Audit:
- Free Tier: 500 MB of storage default.
- Pro Tier: 50 GB of storage.
- Enterprise Tier: Custom quota configured by organization administrators.
When organizations subscribe to multiple tools, storage resolves using the highest entitlement cap (Math.max), ensuring capacity is unified. Real-time pre-checks prevent failed partial uploads when quota is reached.
