Manage payment methods, update billing addresses, and download VAT-compliant tax invoices via the Dodo Customer Portal.

Accessing the Dodo Customer Portal

UIDesigner partners with Dodo Payments to provide secure, PCI-compliant subscription and invoice management.

To access the portal:

Navigate to Settings → Billing (/settings/billing).
Scroll to the Payment Details & Invoices section.
Click Manage Billing & Payment Methods.
You will be redirected to your dedicated Dodo Customer Portal session.

Managing Payment Methods

Inside the portal, organization owners can:

Add or Update Cards: Enter a new credit or debit card, or connect supported digital wallets (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay).
Set Default Card: Designate a primary card for automatic subscription renewals and credit top-ups.
Remove Old Cards: Delete expired or decommissioned corporate cards.

Invoices & Receipts

Instant PDF Downloads: View your complete chronological payment history and download signed PDF receipts for your accounting department.
Company Tax Details: Update your organization's legal name, billing address, and Tax ID / VAT number. Updated details automatically reflect on all future invoices.
