Finding Triage & Component-Level Groups

Organize audit findings by component, triage issues with workflow metadata, and review automated code remediation snippets.

Component-Level Finding Consolidation

Traditional audit tools produce long, disorganized lists where a single misconfigured button might trigger five separate errors (missing label, insufficient contrast, undersized touch target, invalid role, missing hover style).

UIDesigner Audit eliminates alert fatigue by grouping violations by target DOM element:

  • All issues affecting the exact same component are combined into a single Finding Card.
  • Findings display a clear hierarchy: target element preview, selector path, and each individual violation tag.
  • Resolving the element's CSS or markup addresses all grouped issues simultaneously.

Triage Metadata & Workflow

Each finding functions as an actionable ticket within your workspace:

  • Status: Track progress through Backlog, In Progress, Resolved, or Deferred.
  • Priority: Categorize by P0 (Critical), P1 (High), P2 (Medium), or P3 (Low).
  • Effort Estimate: Tag estimated implementation complexity as Low (<1 hr), Medium (half-day), or High (architectural change).
  • Assignee & Due Date: Delegate findings to team members with target sprint deadlines.

Automated Code Remediation Snippets

Click View Fix on any finding to view automated remediation recommendations:

  • HTML Diff: Shows the current element markup alongside corrected semantic tags, ARIA attributes, and accessible labels.
  • CSS Snippet: Provides exact color hex values that satisfy contrast thresholds while staying as close as possible to your brand palette.
  • Copy to Clipboard: One-click copying to paste directly into your IDE or PR.
