Creating Teams & Bulk Project Permissions

Managing Functional Teams

As agencies and product teams scale, assigning permissions individually to dozens of projects becomes tedious. UIDesigner enables Teams to group members functionally.

1. Navigate to Settings → Team and select the Teams tab.
2. Click Create Team.
3. Name your team (e.g., Frontend Engineering, Brand Design, QA Testing, Acme Client Team).
4. Select members from your organization roster to add to the team.
5. Click Save Team.

Bulk Project Access

Once a team is created, you can grant that entire group access to any Review Project or Audit Project in one click:

• Open the project's Share dialog from the top toolbar.
• Under the Teams tab, select the desired team and assign an access level (Manager, Contributor, or Viewer).
• Any member added to that team in the future automatically inherits project access without manual re-inviting.
