Audit Share Links & Stakeholder Access

Collaborative Audit Sharing

Audit results often need to be shared with external client sponsors, third-party development agencies, or compliance auditors who do not have full seats in your organization. Audit Share Links provide direct, secure access to specific run reports.

Generating an Audit Share Link

1. Open your completed audit report.
2. Click the Share button in the top toolbar.
3. Toggle Enable Share Link on.
4. Select the access permission level:

• Viewer (Read-Only): Recipients can inspect health scorecards, explore finding lists, and view code remediation snippets, but cannot alter triage statuses.
• Contributor: Recipients can leave threaded comments on findings, update triage statuses (Backlog, In Progress, Resolved), and assign priority tags.

1. Click Copy Share Link.

Security & Granular Controls

• Project-Level Boundary: Share links only grant access to the specific audit run. Recipients cannot see other projects, organization members, or billing information.
• Optional Passcode: Protect sensitive pre-launch audit data with an alphanumeric access passcode.
• Instant Revocation: Revoke access at any time with one click in the Share modal to immediately invalidate existing links.
